Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna

Lovely comfortable room. Well equipped & comfortable beds. Balcony with good views overlooking the golf course. Good parking. Convenient for West Kelowna beach & downtown. Staff rang & emailed to check we had everything we needed in the room.

Room was pretty sound proof. Beds were comfy. We liked the continental breakfast and thought it was adequate. Staff was friendly, however thought they might've done something special for our anniversary as I made a note on the booking that we were celebrating there. The location is good. Still would've been a 20min walk to the closest winery though.

Our stay at here was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly front staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set the tone for our entire stay. The breakfast staff were equally exceptional, ensuring that every morning started off on the right foot with delicious food and impeccable service. Their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our dietary preferences made breakfast a highlight of our stay.

We liked everything about this property. Very inviting upon entering, staff are friendly in all areas, not just the front desk. Hallways and rooms are updated, clean, and have modern conveniences such as USB plug ins for chargers, small reading lights on each side of the bed headboard, luggage holder also has drawers underneath, decent sized closet with ironing board and iron which I happen to need for this trip, small fridge and coffee maker, maybe a separate kettle would have been nice but not necessary, beds were comfortable, all furniture is modern, a/c worked great and not too noisy. Beautiful view from the top floor of mountains and the 18th hole of the golf course, we enjoyed watching the final T-off and putts. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, a great size for being indoors.
